On September 15, 2022 we will be celebrating our 30th anniversary of operating Commercial Management of Naples, Inc. (C.M.I.) as a leading brokerage and management company in Southwest Florida.
As a Real Estate Broker I have seen many changes over the last 29 years and many challenges as well. Through it all our firm has brokered the sale of multiple commercial office buildings, retail centers and industrial properties.
In addition, our management team currently manages 422,402 sq.ft. of commercial space in Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Port Charlotte.
